We want you to love your child's story. StoryWhisper backs every order with a 30-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. If you're not happy with your story for any reason, we'll refund you in full.
The guarantee
Within 30 days of delivery, you may request a full refund of what you paid for your order. You don't need to explain why. Because StoryWhisper is a personalized digital product, this guarantee is how we take the risk off you — order with confidence.
How to request a refund
The fastest way to reach us is our contact form:
- Go to our contact page and send us a message using the email address you used at checkout.
- Include your order number (e.g. SW-12345) if you have it — it helps us find you faster.
- Tell us you'd like a refund. That's it.
We typically reply within 1–3 days. Once approved, your refund is issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Banks usually post the refund within 5–10 business days.
What's covered
- You're unhappy with the finished story or cover image.
- There was a problem with delivery or the audio.
- You changed your mind within the 30-day window.
Prefer a redo instead?
Often we can simply make it right. If something feels off — a mispronounced name, a tone you'd like adjusted, a detail you'd like changed — let us know and we'll happily revise the story rather than refund it. The choice is yours.
A few honest notes
- Refunds apply to the price you paid for the story order. Because the product is fully personalized and produced for you, we reserve the right to decline repeated or clearly abusive refund requests (for example, ordering many stories and requesting refunds on all of them as a pattern).
- Delivery-time targets (24 hours for Standard, about 4 hours for Priority) are good-faith estimates. If a rare delay happens, reach out — we'll make it right.
